Bidet toilet lid replacement

Other than buying online direct from Toto, where could I find replacement parts? I have located the part I need but am wondering if there are physical stores to purchase this in Tokyo or if online is the only way.

If it makes any difference, the part number is TCM4728#NW1 for bidet model TCF8CK66.

I hope you're still watching this thread. Unless it's out of stock, you can order them through any store where toilets are sold, such as at electric appliance stores. You can also ask a Toto showroom to see if they can show you a physical one.
