Getting to Air Bic at Terminal 2

Hi folks,

On the day of arrival at Narita Terminal 1, we want to go to Air Bic Camera store on Terminal 2 to pick up some online reserved items.

1. Is there a free shuttle between the terminals at Narita?
2. How regular and long the transit between the terminals do you know?
3. Do we need to go back to Terminal 1 to take one of the shinkansen or train to Shinagawa or Tokyo Station?

We are planning to get the tax-free stamp when we come in, and pay those items tax free. We also need to go to Midori madoguchi to book/pick up some shinkansen tickets and Japan Wireless SIM cards.

4. What is the ideal steps considering we will arrive there around 4:50pm on a Wednesday?

5. Is there anything else we should be mindful of?

Every 10 min, travelling time 10-12 mins.

Thank you, I finally has down time from work to check the website. You are right, it looks like the best way to transit from T1 and T2 is via train as we have luggages. The shuttle bus from T1 > T2 takes about 17min and return is 10min.
