Tokyo to Mt Fuji Subaru 5th Line Station

Hello,

Is it possible to visit the Mt Fuji Subaru 5th Line Station in Dec 2023? I'll be there between 17 & 19 Dec.

I checked the Fujikyu Bus company website and the express bus from Shinjuku Station to Mt Fuji Subaru 5th Line Station has been suspended since 1 Nov 2023.

As a result, I'm taking the Fuji Kaiyu train from Shinjuku to Fujisan. And then intend to take a bus from Fujisan Station to Mt Fuji Subaru 5th Line Station. So I searched for a bus up using the same Fujikyu Bus company. It says here on Japan Guide that this particular 5th Line station is open all winter barring snow blocking the roads.

When I checked the scheduled bus page from the same company. It seems as if that there is a route bus from Fujisan Station to Mt Fuji Subaru 5th Station. I don't quite understand the remark in red which just says 1 OCt 2023. Does that mean it is operating until 1 Oct or is it being operated from 1 Oct onwards? My reading of the page seems to be that this bus operates from 1 Oct 2023 onwards.

Anyone can help? I'm leaving for my trip in 4 days' time so if the 5th Line Station is not accessible, I would have to replan that day.

Does the website state that the timetable is with effect from 1 Dec 2023? Would it still change?

It can be assumed that it is still up-to-date. But on days with lots of snow, the buses cannot go all the way to the 5th Station.

If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed to traffic, it will be suspended in the case of business up to the first station.
It says that if the Fuji Subaru Line runs to the 4th station, it will turn back at the 4th station.
Fuji Subaru Line is usually passable except for after business hours, but when it snows a lot, the passable section changes or the service is suspended.
