Wheelchair rental

Few years ago we rented a wheelchair and had it delivered to airport so we could pick it up after going through customs/baggage claims. Contacted that previous company, but they no longer can deliver to airport.
Does anyone have a company they can recommend and trust? I didn't want to use any random company with no reviews. We would pick up from Narita.

Have you looked around for companies online? Usually they have some kind of customer reviews as well, though when it comes to Japan, you'd probably be just fine with renting from nearly anyone to get that wheelchair service.
Just search around and see what you can find and you'll be fine.

I contacted Ido Support that we used before, and a few other places. Many of them wonft be able to deliver to the airport and only deliver to the hotels. I sent messages to out hotels and they either donft have them or only have wheelchairs for use on the property.
We have a backup plan, but wanted the ease of picking up from airport like we did few years ago.

lol I actually did contact Acessible-Japan the other day and was sending emails back and forth yesterday.
They sent me links for options, one being the one I used. The information was outdated a little, or they didnft have full details. They asked if I could help them out and tell them what I end up doing so they can keep up to date with other travelers.
Ifm guessing most people who need a wheelchair will have their own. We have one for one person but they didnft want to take it with them, and the second one we need is for a precaution for someone who has joint issues.

Ido-support is who I used years ago, so they are first company I contacted this time. Unfortunately since 2020, they can no longer deliver to airport. They can still deliver to hotels or homes, so that is part of our second plan. Person in our group has their own wheelchair but without the assisted hand brakes, so hills are difficult even small ones. We need two wheelchairs (second one is for emergencies for another person), and our next plan is to send wheelchair to hotel and let first person use that most of the time. That way we only have to use their personal wheelchair temporarily the first day and last day.
We knew about free usage of wheelchairs in Narita, but then wefd have to return it and still help person in our group through Tokyo Station, or get a second wheelchair there to use on the property. Many places stations have wheelchairs to use but only within their premises. It would be hassle to borrow and return them every location.
Ifll try to contact Tic Travel next and hopefully they can help us.
