Finding secondhand traditional instruments

Been curious about Japanese traditional music for long. I bought myself a shakuhachi once in Tokyo. Trying to increase my collection a bit finding other instruments like taiko drums (the smaller ones), flutes, etc. There should be one mini wood type organ used in shinto weddings, called sha or something.

Anyway, been looking at a few Hard Off but no luck so far. Out of ideas, asking for some advice where I would be able to look .

Have you tried visiting one of the many Japanese instrument shops?
