Coe received at home country

Out Coe is expected to arrive by March end 2024 , in case if u apply for tourist visa ( 90 days ) to enter japan before the Coe arrives and simultaneously if I recieve COE at home country itself , should I again apply for visa with COE / should I go with tourist visa stamped and in immigration should I change ?
