Baggage storage in Haneda airport 2024/2/25 01:33
I am taking a stopover in Japan for 10 days e-route to other country, I have big suitcases. I don't think airlines store the baggee for that long even if its the same ticket through and through.

There is a baggage storage facility in terminal 3 offered by the JAL airline.

- If anyone has used it, is it ok w.r.t safety of the contents ?
- For some reason if they refuse me, is there any other option?. I have used the apps and most of the storage in the city are for daily usage, not longer.

(Just to make my life more complicated, I also plan to go to Kyoto the same day so would really hope airport storage works)

I answered on your travel related question about the other option (luggage transfer).

Storing luggage is, IMO, very expensive if you need it for more than a few days...

600 yens per day, for a regular checked in suitcase.

You could instead send your luggage to your hotel in Kyoto, or even Tokyo (you can select the delivery date to be in the next 7 days).
