Hi! My sister will be visiting Tokyo soon and wanted to pick me up some professional hair cutting shears. What would be the best brands and where could she buy them? What is the price point for good shears? Thank you!

I do not have the answer you want but I heard Japanese hair is thicker and harder than European or American people. Maybe, it is better to ask clerks if shears suit your hair when you buy them.

I've bought cheap ones before in Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara, but this wouldn't suit your (or your sister's) demand.
