Exchange at Ueon for One way Skyliner Ticket

Hi, Family of 4 will be travelling to Tokyo soon from Sydney, we will be landing at Haneda Airport but leaving at Narita airport and is looking at skyliner tickets on the way back to Narita. We obviously cannot buy the return ticket as we are landing at leaving in different airports. We are considering the following two products but is getting mixed message that a single skyliner can only be exchanged at Narita station even if the one way starts at Ueon station. Is this correct that I cannot exchange it at Ueon Station? Anyone got a one way tickets from Klook recently and can clarify this for us? Last thing I want to do is to pay for 4 people then end up not being able to use the tickets.
