rent a car company accepts cash?

Hi, im going to Japan next July and want to rent a car in Sendai to visit Tohoku. I dont want to use my credit card because for me its more expensive this way, I have to pay high taxes to use my credit card overseas and the price can rise easily to double. So, I prefer cash. Dont have a problem to use my card to book and for insurance issues, but at the end of the trip I want to pay cash.
Do you know a company wich accepts this, cause l know Nippon rent a car doesnt.

It says on Toyota rent a cars fan they can accept cash for certain classes but it doesn't elaborate.
