Kamikochi before 27 April

Hey

I will be at Matsumoto on 17.4
I wish to travel to Kamikochi by bus or train from Matsumoto, sleep near hirayu onsen and do another day around Kamikochi on 18.4 then take a bus to Takayama
Is the possible?

The bus from Hirayu-onsen to Kamikochi starts to operate from 17th April so you can take this bus.
