How much for a lawyer cost in Japan?

I sent money to wrong account via online banking by mistake and contacted bank for a refund. One month after, bank told me that the recipient refuses the refund request. Bank advise me to seek help for a lawyer. I sent 140,000 yen by mistake and i really dont have any idea on how much would it cost to ask help to a lawyer. Someone told me to go to hou terasu and maybe it would cost half the money i lost. Any advise from you guys is highly appreciated.

You can call to ask for a free consultation about your legal issue (The consultation should be free). You get to talk to a lawyer, so you can ask what they can do for you and how much the fee might be.
