Can I utilise the 7 days JR pass for Karasuma Line in Kyoto?

I am not sure if that line is under JR.

The Karasuma Subway Line is not JR so the JR pass cannot be used on it.

You can get a Surutto Kansai card or a one day subway pass for the Kyoto subways.
