Cheap Tokyo apts / guest houses

Me and my partner are looking to move to Tokyo for a few months. We are struggling to find an apartment. We don't mind being 30 minutes or so from central Tokyo.

Have looked online but can't seem to find anything that looks appropriate, most don't even have beds big enough. Could you recommend any websites to search on. We don't have a huge budget and would even consider a guest house but all the ones i have come across are for single people only.

All we want is eiher a small apartment with 2 single beds or a double bed in OR a guest house with a room for 2 people.

Trying looking into sakura house. My friend and I stayed in their hotel this summer for two weeks and it was fine. They also do appartments for short stays. They have different areas so it's worth a look.
