Nijo Castle open on Ocean Day ?

Is Nijo Castle, Kyoto open on Ocean Day holiday 2009 (usually closed on Tuesday). So it's closed on Monday, 20 july (Ocean Day) AND Tuesday as regular closed day or how?

During July, the castle is closed on Tuesdays, including July 21st. It will be open as usual on Monday the 20th (Ocean Day):
