Is it possible to pay for JR Tickets with MasterCard or Visa card at the Midori-no-madoguchi?

Yes. And you better tell the staff at the very beginning that you wish to pay by credit card, as in case of some older computers, the staff needs to swipe the card at the very beginning of the ordering process.
