Thank you! distance, time and cost of gas 2009/9/20 Hokkaido Hi, I would like to know how far between the ski resort in Niseko and Rusutsu by distance (miles), time and around how much toll fee incured. Should I drive or it has transportation point to point. Pls advise. by Annie (guest)   ... 2009/9/21 From Hirafu to Rusutsu it is about 30 kilometers. Driving time is about 45-60 minutes. There are no toll fees. From Niseko Village resort, driving time is about ten minutes shorter. From central Niseko Town (as opposed to Hirafu), it is about 15 minutes shorter.
