JR Pass validity within Tokyo

I have another Q regarding JR Pass and its use within the Tokyo area - while looking into the map of Tokyo JR Routes I am wondering whether I can use the JR PAss within all JR routes of Tokyo or whether there r any limitations of that. The Tokyo JR Route map is as follows: http://www.infomapjapan.com/images/map/tokyo-JR.pdfcould I use JRP for all there mentioned lines & stops? yet again - many thanks (... & more from me to follow I am afraid ...)

http://www.infomapjapan.com/images/map/tokyo-JR.pdfThe Japan Rail Pass can be used on all the lines shown on the above map, except the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport and the thin lines (Rinkai Line between Osaki and Shin-Kiba, suwbay line through services)
