Best place to see Koyo on 29 Nov 2009

I would like to see Autumn leaves but will be able to arrive Japan either 26 Nov or 29 Nov. If I arrive Osaka on 29 Nov, will Autumn leaves still be there or I should go directly to Fukuoka? Please advise where is the best place to see. Thank you very much.

Kyoto is the most beautiful spot for autumn colors, in my opinion, although the other cities do have some nice spots, too. The colors should still be nice on November 29 in Kyoto:

Kyoto is just the place to be. A lot of places are just at their peak. Today I visited Eikando; it was just glorious and worth the entry fee.
