Is mid April a good time to visit Haguro san? Is the passage open?

Hagurosan is open around the year, but I would not call April the best time to visit, as vegetation is still mostly barren. The traditional approach should be passable. But Gassan will be inaccessible. And depending on timing and snow condition, Yudonosan might be inaccessible, too.
