KIX to Sheraton Miyako Osaka transfer

hi, we will be arriving in Osaka late in the evening around 9pm. will there still be an airport transfer service that can take us to Sheraton Miyako Hotel-Osaka? we dont want to take the taxi because it will be too costly. thanks in advance for any tip/advise :)

Under normal circumstances you should be able to catch the last direct bus at 22:00:
