I will be backpacking in chiba, tokyo, fukushima, sendai, morioka, hachinohe, hakodate ,sapporo and then back to tokyo between the end of november till the first week of december. Transport wise, i'm thinking of using the JR railway pass since they cover shinkansen too. Any advise and recommendations of interesting sights, great food and others? appreciated!
