What to do at night in Shinagawa?

I'm a single guy from Hawaii and I'll be traveling to Tokyo next week with my mother. We have already planned lots of site seeing and shopping during the day, but at night I'll have so freedom to do my own things. So I'm wondering if there is anything to do near our hotel in Shinagawa?
