traveling with large luggage

I am traveling with a large musical instrument and personal luggage. Both are on rollers. I have to take the NR Express train to Shinjuku station and then a bus to Tatsuno. Will there be room on the train for me to carry this luggage? Is there storage for large luggage on the bus? My instrument case is large but not heavy. Approximately,125 cm tall.
Any information or help will be appreciated.

First, NEX has enough space. It's a spacious luxury express train.
Which Tatsuno do you go? The most well-known Tatsuno would be the city in Hyogo Prefecture, near Kobe. If so, bus is not convenient for the domestic travel.
