Right now? Yes. But only in the highest elevations. Along the Kurobe-Tateyama Alpen Route, for example, you should still be able to encounter snow:

I was up above the top of Happo One at Hukuba yesterday, and there was a little bit of snow up there.

You catch the gondola and two lifts, then hike up about 250m (from 1830m to 2080m). Takes about an hour of hking. The is snow around the Happo pond at that location, and also a bit before.

Actually, come to think of it, there was a little just near the top of the lift (at 1830m)
