locker size at JR station

- Do you have the locker size at Lake Toya station (JR)?
- If Ueno station locker is full, which is the closet JR station that has large size locker available? I need large size locker. My plane will arrive around 7a.m. at Narita.

I have the feeling that they have only small sized lockers. But I also read that the station staff can take care of larger items.
