Hi, we plan to drive in Hokkiado for 10-15 days. Can anyone recommend the best drieing route? Suggestion on Inns, Ryokan and sights will be appreciated.

I recommend to pick sights rather than roads. I recommend to pick sights depending on your personal interest and the time of the year. Some basics:
