First Cablecar at Mt. Tenjo

Does anyone know when the first cable car goes to the top from the Yuransen Ropeway?

The Kachi Kachi Yama Ropeway on Mt. Tenjo in Kawaguchiko operates from 9:00 to 17:00 (March through November) and 9:30 to 16:40 (December through February). There are departures every 5-10 minutes.

I wasn't too impressed with the ajisai around the ropeway when I went there a few days ago, although the flowers were still beautiful. However, they seemed to be concentrated in an area difficult to get to, below the ropeway. And possibly difficult to enjoy in combination with the sight of Mount Fuji.
