Stay same hotel

If I stay 6 night in tokyo do I stay all night in same hotel or i stay in different hotel? Example: if I travel from keio plaza hotel to asakusa , after then I stay in hotel around asakusa or I travel back to keio plaza hotel to stay???

It is a 20 minute train ride from Shinjuku to Asakusa. I believe that most people will not change hotels in such a case, unless they are interested in experiencing different hotels or different districts during late night.
