I shall go to Nikko through Utsunomiya. I shall arrive at Narita terminal 1 by ANA and would like to take narita express to Tokyo station and then change to another JR to Utsunomiya. How should I do, the hyperdia makes me confused due to there is only keisei line starting from narita to ueno. Which way should be the fast? Does Narrita express start from T2 and keisei liner start from T1 only?

You should take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station and change to the Tohoku Shinkansen there to Utsunomiya. Local JR trains to Utsunomiya depart from Ueno Station rather than Tokyo Station. So if you want to take a local train instead of the shinkansen, you would have to transfer once more. See the map of train lines here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2027.htmlI assume you want to take JR trains because of some pass you are holding, e.g. NEX&Suica, JR East Pass or Japan Rail Pass. If not, note that access by non-JR trains can be faster and cheaper. For example, you could take Keisei Skyliner or limited express to Ueno Station instead of the Narita Express to Tokyo Station. Or you could travel by Tobu Railways from Asakusa rather than via Utsunomiya.
