When will the dance commence on 4 Sep 10 and when will it end ? Where and when is the best tome on 4 Sep 10 to watch and participate in the dance ?

September 4 is the last day of the dance festival. It might be different than on usual days. The following page mentions 11pm as the starting time of the action:
