Kyoto Villa Reservation in Tokyo Agency

Hello to all.
I would like to know whether it is possible to make a reservation of the Imperial Villas and Palaces in Kyoto from the Imperial Agency in Tokyo. I am visiting first Tokyo and later Kyoto, so I could make, if so, a reservation of the Imperial Villas and Palaces in Kyoto more days in advance.
