3 day itinerary Kyoto-Hyogo

We have 3 spare days, after visiting Kyoto,
We would like to vist: Arashiyama, Miyama, Amanohashidate and Kinosaki.
I have many questions?
1) Is this to much to cover in 3 days.
2)Where might it be best to stay overnight? (not to expensive)
3)Would you suggest returning to Kyoto, the same way, or could you suggest a different route. (making it a round trip)
4)Are the buses to Miyama very regular?
5)Are all these areas very busy (we come from a small village in Australia) so we love the country -
