Best ryokan with private onsen

I will be going to osaka, kyoto and tokyo. Would like a romantic getaway to a ryokan in japan. Where should I go, a place where its convenient to get there too? I believe I must try kaiseki meal too at the ryokan, so hopefully someone can let me know of where i can find a ryokan with good kaiseki meal. Thanks!
