May I know the directions from Shinjuku station to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building?

Is there an underground passage to Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from Shinjuku station?

yes just look for the signs tokyo metropolitan building.. about 10-15mins walk. you will end up at the basement of the building.

From JR Shinjuku Station, take the WEST EXIT and then just follow the sings (in English).
