Cheap Accomodation Near Haneda

Hi All..

I'll be arriving at Haneda around 11pm .. So i would be looking for a super cheap accommodation for a short rest.. i'll be heading out quite early the next day.. can anyone recommend any accommodation with the maximum rate of 3000yen per night? Perhaps in Ota-ku or Shinagawa area..because i've checked the price for all the hotels near Haneda, and it's quite costly for me..

If they aren't any, i'm open to any sort of suggestion on how should i spend the night while waiting for the nearest station to be open for JR Pass activation..

3000yen is hostel price. Budget hotels would be available if you would pay 5000yen or more.
