Metro Pass in Central Tokyo

Need help in getting the type of transport pass in Tokyo. My first time to Japan in Nov. If I'm traveling mainly in Central Tokyo.
What will be the most idea and economic pass to get for taking metro and train?
Day1: Airport - Shinjuku - Hakone (I'll get the 2 days Hakone pass)
Day2: Shinjuku area
Day3:Disney
Day4:Disney
Day5:Tokyo (Fish Market)
Day6:Tokyo
I foresee using the JR yamanote line often.

Is this your entire trip and are you leaving Japan on day 6? Also, at what airport are you arriving/departing, Narita or Haneda?

Also, at what time are you arriving at the airport on Day 1 and are you actually planning to stay overnight in the Hakone area and where? Going to Hakone on day one is unlikely to be a viable option. Also, where are you planning to stay and go in Tokyo?
