I'm considering a trip down to Takayama-Shirikawa-go around 25th December.
Just a question with the weather, i believe the possible snow during that time of the year and was wondering if anyone knows if travels could be affected ?

Only if there is a heavy snow storm, it might affect the buses, causing possible delays or cancellations. It is rather unlikely to happen.
