Bonsai nurseries or musea at Kansai

I have 2 questions about Bonsai:
1. I know Omiya Saitama and also the museum of Kunio Kobayashi in the Tokio surroundings, but I wonder where can I seen bonsai in Kansai perfecture and other parts of Japan as well?
2. I've seen Takagi Bonsai Museum in Tokio as well, but I don't have its address and whether it is open for tourist. If you know, please let me know.

Mr.Takagi died.Takagi Bonsai museum closed. 2010 March, 28 Open. The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum, Address: 2-24-3 Toro-cho, Kita Ward, Saitama City, Saitama-ken, 331-0804 Japan Hours: 9:00am to 4:30pm (from March to October). 9:00am to 4:00pm (from November to February).
