where to stay (kobe)

i'm on a really tight budget (35 euros/day) so i don't know where i can stay (accomidation). any sugjections?
it has to be in kobe and i'm planing to be there in august

I suppose it would be best to stay around Sannomiya or Motomachi station to save on transportation costs, though (depending on what you want to do in Kobe).
