From Haneda Airport to Takayama

Hi All

I will be arriving at Haneda Airport on early Sunday morning (0530hrs) and will proceed straight to Takayama. How do I go directly from the Airport to Takayama by train? Which rail line was that? How long is the journey and should I be getting the JR pass?

After Takayama, I will proceed to Tokyo for a few days and will be leaving for Haneda Airport to catch an early flight at 0600 hrs. How to travel from Tokyo to Haneda Airport by train. How long is the journey and is there a train service that early in the mornining?

Pls help. This is my first time to Japan.
