Donan Bus from Sapporo to Lake Toya

We are taking the Donan bus from Sapporo to Toyako and would like to stop at the visitor centre at Lake Toya and have the cruise. We are staying at Hotel Kawanami and need to take the same bus to the end (Nishi Kohan). Not sure if Donan bus will allow us to board the next bus by using the same ticket. Or do we have to pay again. Thank you.

No, that is not possible. You have to purchase separate tickets for separate sections.
