We're going to Hakone from Tokyo for only one day in February. We have the JR pass. Open Air Museum is the most interesting for us. Would it be worth it to get the Free Hakone Pass? What is the discount for the Free Pass holders to the Open Air Museum? How much would we pay for the train to get us to this museum from Odawara?

Not if you are just seeing the open air museum.
What is the discount for the Free Pass holders to the Open Air Museum?
1400 yen instead of 1600 yen.
How much would we pay for the train to get us to this museum from Odawara?
650 yen one way.
