Nagoya to Mt Fuji 2011/2/5 13:56
We are 4 tourists. we will be able to start from Nagoya on 15apr2011 at 1400 PM
we want to
1. make a trip do the Black eggs on Mt. Fuji
2. to visit Gotemba shopping area

we will be holding JR Rail Pass.
pls tell me the best way to do the trip.
we can stay 1 night near Mt fuji area.\

I believe you underestimate travel times. But if you leave with the 13:23 hikari and travel at a fast pace according to a well planned schedule, it might be possib;e.

Also, I assume that with the black eggs on Mount Fuji you are referring to the black eggs in Hakone.

Here is a possible itinerary:
13:23 depart Nagoya by Hikari
14:34 arrive Odawara
14:50 depart Odawara by Izuhakone bus bound for Hakone-en
15:39 arrive Owakudani, where you can eat the black eggs

From there you can take the ropeway to Togendai and the Odakyu bus to Gotemba, followed by a short shuttle bus ride to the outlets. That takes more than an hour. Or you could travel via Gora Station. In any case, you won't end up with too much time at the outlets.

15AprHikari 474 1433-1555 Nagoya-mishima
FujikyuBus 1630-1800 mashima- kawaguchiko stay one night at kawaguchiko area

16Apr morning visit Fujiten ski resorts
1240-1350 kawaguchi to Gotemba
Evening depart Gotemba to Tokyo

Gotemba Outlet open hour untill 1800 ??
what is last bus depart Gotemba to Tokyo??
or we can go by train ??
