1 day in kanto region

Hi everyone..
I'm planning to go to Japan next month (March 2011) but I only have 3 days 2 nights.
According to the plane schedule, I will arrive at Narita Airport about 6.30am. So I decided to go directly to Disneyland. I will spend whole day there.
But I haven't decide for the 2nd day, while the plane to back home will take off at 08.00am on the 3rd day.
I only have a day to explore kanto region. I will stay in Shinjuku.
I'm planning to visit Tokyo, Harajuku, Shibuya.
Please do help me. I'm making the itinerary now.

Honestly, staying in one place for a whole day is a horrible idea if your staying time is limited so strictly.
Even more so if you went there to explore in the first place. :)
