Refer to http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3454.html
Q1: For first map (Top position) How can I take "JR Sanyo Line" from Osaka (Do I have to transfer to what line from Osaka?)

Q2: For both map: Suppose I can take "JR Sanyo Line", where do I have to get off in order to go to Itsukushima Shrine?
(I don't see "Miyajima STA" in the second map )

Please help
