Ikebukuro to Kamakura, Pass include ?

Due to our hotel is near Ikebukuro Station. But the pass stated that ''A round trip from Tokyo to Kamkura''. Does Tokyo mean Tokyo station ? Can I use Kamakura Enoshima Free kippu Pass starting from Ikebukuro Station ?
Could you please advise ?
