Narita Express running?

Sorry if this has been covered already but I'm wondering if the Narita Express is running from Totsuka station or Yokohama station to the airport. My parents are due back this week from Japan.

Not running today:

But the Keisei Line to the airport is running partially as mentioned on the above linked update. And the Yamanote Line, Yokosuka Line and Tokaido Line are also running today.

The situation currently changes on a daily basis.
