Bus Suspension Clarification

Hi, my friend will be travelling north by Willer night bus next next week on the 31st but she checked the site and found this announcement:

Is our understanding correct that the stated suspension only applied only for March 13 schedule? We found it confusing because it states "presently" (March 14) but it was suspending the sched the day before it.

Help please! Maybe the Japanese version of their site is more clear?

Well Where is your friend coming from and where is she going? Looks like those updates are for current dates not way in the future. There's also more current updates but they are in Japanese on the Japanese site. They go up to about the 21st of March.

she is coming from Tokyo to Akita.

We find it weird that the Japanese is updated but the English is not. I find it very sad when many foreigners such as her is getting worried over cancellations and all.

That's only till 21st though, so we will have to wait for further updates.
