i intend to go on 17th april, the web is indicate they will operate until 5/5/11, but the shuttle service from JR station only until 31/3/11?

Yes, Hakuba Happoone is scheduled to remain open until May 5. All slopes are open, but some lifts are not running in order to save some energy.
